ROLE FUNCTIONS

• Deliver treatments to SPA standards while adapting to client needs.
• Ensure exceptional guest services with attention to detail.
• Maintain professionalism and hygiene in all treatments, updating skills as needed.
• Meet retail sales targets set by the Spa Manager.
• Offer spa orientation to guests upon arrival.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality, Spa Management, Aesthetics, Physiotherapy or similar
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, ideally in a luxury hotel or resort environment
