Kbeauty Marketing & E-commerce Admin (Malaysia | Support for Singapore HQ)
Role Summary
This role primarily provides backend e-commerce and marketing execution support for Singapore HQ while providing general admin supprot for Malaysia Team. The position focuses on structured, SOP-based backend work, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across markets.
Work allocation:
• ~70% Singapore Ecom & MKT backend support
• ~30% Malaysia general admin support
Key Responsibilities
A. Singapore Backend E-commerce Support (≈70%)
- Set up and maintain Shopify SG product pages (titles, descriptions, variants, images, tags)
- Execute price changes, discounts, and promotion setups based on campaign briefs
- Configure Shopify promotion apps (Buy X Get Y, bundles, free gifts, discount codes)
- Support backend setup for SG campaigns, launches, and sales events
- Handle Lalamove bookings and basic delivery coordination
- Perform bulk edits, uploads, and replacements as required
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of product and pricing information
Note: This scope focuses on execution only. No campaign strategy or KPI ownership is required.
B. Malaysia General Admin Support (≈30%)
- Assist with product listing across all retail and online channels.
- Prepare and upload retail orders, coordinating with the team for timely execution.
- Ensure all files and documentation are well-organized and maintained.
- Support planogram updates to maintain correct in-store product placement.
- Monitor stock movement and provide timely alerts for low inventory or out-of-stock items.
- Liaise with on-ground teams to monitor store conditions, inventory, and testers.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects to support business operations.

Requirements
- Based in Malaysia, Commuting to KSISTERS MY Office, comfortable working remotely with Singapore HQ
- Experience with Shopify backend (product setup, pricing, promotions)
- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable following SOPs
- Able to handle repetitive backend tasks accurately and efficiently
- Good communication skills in English (Chinese is a plus)
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or beauty industry is an advantage
