Premium Skincare, Baby & Kids Products & Lifestyle Brands
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Manager, ideally a mature female professional, to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead content creation and brand storytelling for a portfolio of premium skincare, baby & kids skincare, and lifestyle brands, targeting discerning audiences including moms. You will play a hands-on role in content creation while also managing UGC creators and a growing content team.
This position reports directly to the Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Social Media
- Personally create short-form video content (30–40 seconds) across skincare, baby/kids, and lifestyle themes for platforms such as Instagram and TikTok.
- Plan and execute a structured content calendar aligned with brand objectives and campaign timelines.
- Translate brand identity into engaging, high-quality visuals and videos that reflect premium, trustworthy brand values.
- Oversee photography and video production to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team on social media, blog, and campaign content tailored to mature audiences and moms.
Brand Representation
- Confidently represent brands on camera or through voiceovers with authenticity and professionalism.
- Ensure all messaging, tone, and visuals align with premium positioning and audience expectations.
UGC & Creator Management
- Manage UGC creators end-to-end, including briefing, content direction, timelines, and project follow-ups.
- Source, curate, and oversee high-quality user-generated content to strengthen community engagement.
- Manage and mentor in-house content creator, with responsibility to support and scale the content team as the business grows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, influencers, and KOLs to execute effective collaborations.
Reporting & Backend Support
- Track content and campaign performance, preparing regular reports and insights for the Marketing Manager.
- Support Shopify backend operations, including content updates, product listings, and basic performance reporting.
- Monitor results and optimize content strategies based on engagement and conversion data.
Requirements
Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and brand storytelling.
Strong hands-on experience creating and editing short-form video content.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
Comfortable and confident appearing on camera for brand content.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends, especially for mature audiences and moms.
Experience managing UGC creators and influencer/KOL collaborations.
Familiarity with Shopify content management, product listings, and analytics.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Passion for beauty, skincare, baby/kids, and lifestyle products.
Singapore Citizens or PR only.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of SEO best practices.
- Experience with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.).
