We’re growing fast and bringing our platform to more customers across Europe. As our customer base grows, Customer Success at CtrlChain plays a dual role: ensuring customers succeed with our platform and actively contributing to commercial growth together with Sales.
So, now we are looking for a SaaS sales professional who is great at spotting new opportunities and can win new business, manage the full lead-to-close SaaS sales cycle, and build long-term partnerships to join our Customer Success team.
The role
This is a full-cycle SaaS sales role, positioned within Customer Success.
As a Key Account Manager in CS, you own full-cycle SaaS sales for key and enterprise customers, including complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities. While Sales colleagues collaborate on strategic accounts, Customer Success owns SaaS revenue, and you are accountable for acquiring, expanding, and retaining key SaaS customers.
After closing, onboarding and adoption are handled by a dedicated implementation team, while you remain commercially engaged for growth and expansion.
