[KOREA] Safety Vigilance Team Manager (People Manager role)

  • Ensure that operation of Santen Korea safety vigilance is consistent and complaint to the global SOPs and regulatory requirements. 

  • Execute management of PV on budget control, staff performance review and salary merit, human resources programs development for safety vigilance in Korea. 

  • Lead creative and constructive interactions with relevant internal/external stakeholders to ensure successful. 

  • Provide leadership and strategic direction throughout local SV business management to the company 

  • Develop and improve professional experience and expertise of the professionals in the team. Assess team member’s capabilities and motivate & coach them improve their skills. 

  • Act as primary company’s representative in industry, trade associations and government agencies, strengthen and enlarge work relationship with healthy authorities at all levels to establish a positive and collaborative rapport. 

  • Be a compliant and supervise all regulations and internal procedures relevant to SV business. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy is a must to have (Licensed of Pharmacist is a Must to Have) 
  • Significant knowledge of Safety Vigilance related local and global regulations (including ICH regulation).
  • Demonstrated ability to set and prioritize goals and objectives; excellent time management, negotiation, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Detail and quality oriented with a demonstrated track record of driving projects/deliverables to completion within established deadlines, budget and allocated resources.
  • Requires ability to make high level strategic and tactical decisions within global and distributed team environments.
  • Strong verbal communication and scientific writing skills, and good interpersonal/group skills
  • Proficiency in English & Korean (Speaking & Witten)
