Laboratory testing & sample management | Thử nghiệm & quản lý mẫu
Prepare substrates, condition materials, and perform standard tests per work orders and SOPs; record results with full traceability| Chuẩn bị vật liệu nền (substrate), điều hoà mẫu; chạy các phép thử theo SOP; ghi nhận kết quả có truy xuất nguồn gốc đầy đủ.
Equipment upkeep & calibration | Thiết bị & hiệu chuẩn
Operate and maintain laboratory equipment; execute preventive maintenance and coordinate calibration/repairs| Vận hành và bảo trì thiết bị thí nghiệm; thực hiện bảo dưỡng định kỳ và điều phối hiệu chuẩn/sửa chữa.
Documentation & quality | Tài liệu & chất lượng
Complete test sheets, photos, and reports; organize retain samples; follow document control; reference PDS and SDS as needed| Hoàn tất biểu mẫu thử nghiệm, hình ảnh và báo cáo; quản lý mẫu lưu; tuân thủ kiểm soát tài liệu; tra cứu Bản Chi Tiết Sản Phẩm (PDS) và Phiếu An Toàn Hóa Chất (SDS) khi cần.
EHS & 5S compliance | An toàn – Sức khỏe – Môi trường & 5S
Work safely with chemicals (PPE, labeling, storage, waste); keep a tidy lab (5S). Align with Sika’s Global EHS Policy and local procedures | Làm việc an toàn với hóa chất (PPE, nhãn, lưu trữ, thải bỏ); duy trì 5S; tuân thủ Chính sách EHS của Sika và quy trình nội bộ.
Application & field support | Hỗ trợ thi công & hiện trường
Support demos/pilots at plant/customers; prepare tooling and fixtures; collect field feedback | Hỗ trợ demo/chạy thử tại nhà máy/khách hàng; chuẩn bị dụng cụ/gá kẹp; thu thập phản hồi thực tế.
Training & knowledge sharing | Đào tạo & chia sẻ kiến thức
Assist in internal/external product trainings; explain test methods and safe handling| Hỗ trợ đào tạo nội bộ/bên ngoài; hướng dẫn phương pháp thử và an toàn sử dụng.
Continuous improvement | Cải tiến liên tục
Propose improvements for test flow, fixtures, and safety; support method validation and digitization (e.g., LIMS/SharePoint forms) where applicable | Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình thử, đồ gá và an toàn; hỗ trợ xác nhận phương pháp và số hóa hồ sơ khi áp dụng.
Qualifications
- College/Bachelor’s degree in Chemical/Materials/Mechanical Engineering or related | Tốt nghiệp Cao đẳng/Đại học ngành Hóa, Vật liệu, Cơ khí hoặc liên quan.
- Preferably 1–2 years in adhesives/sealants, building materials, or lab testing; strong fresh graduates are welcome | Ưu tiên 1–2 năm trong ngành keo/chất trám, vật liệu xây dựng hoặc thử nghiệm phòng thí nghiệm; chào đón ứng viên mới tốt nghiệp có kỹ năng lab tốt.
- Hard‑working, reliable, positive attitude; disciplined on EHS/5S; good communication and collaboration with production, QA, and sales | Chăm chỉ, trách nhiệm, thái độ tích cực; tuân thủ EHS/5S; giao tiếp/phối hợp tốt với sản xuất, QC và sales.
- English (basic reading of PDS/SDS and email) | Tiếng Anh (đọc hiểu PDS/SDS và email cơ bản)
