Laboratory Specialist
Tagaddod is looking for a skilled Laboratory Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will conduct various tests, analyze results, and ensure that laboratory operations comply with safety and quality standards. As a Laboratory Specialist, you will be instrumental in supporting our research and development efforts, contributing to the development of sustainable solutions to waste management.
Responsibilities
- providing the data of quantity and quality Q&Q of incoming and stored and outgoing of different raw materials like (Used Cooking Oil/ SoapStock acid oil, Palm Oil Mill Effluent POME,....)
- Operating testing and quality control on the raw material
- Documenting quality results and creating testing reports
- Maintain and Keeping lab inventory
- Engaging in new projects for product development and Research of advanced methods for testing
- Addressing and discussing issues and proposing solutions with superiors
- Ensuring that standards and safety regulations are observed
- Making recommendations for improvement
- Creating training materials and operating manuals
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Lab Specialist or similar role.
- Working knowledge of tools, methods and concepts of quality assurance. Experience in a laboratory setting is a plus.
- Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards
- Education Required: Associates degree in a science-related field preferred,
- Excel skills, Microsoft office, Strong verbal and written communications skill
* This position requires a lot of travelling, owning a car & a driving license is a plus.
