We’re hiring a GTM Engineering Lead to own and scale Antimetal’s GTM system end to end. This is a builder role at the center of how we grow.
You’ll design the workflows and automation that power outbound and inbound, keep our CRM and pipeline clean and reliable, and build the infrastructure that enables a small team to operate like a much larger one.
Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues—giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.
Own the full GTM system: define the architecture across CRM, enrichment, sequencing, routing, and automation.
Build and maintain the automated outbound engine, including list generation, enrichment, personalization fields, sequencing, and feedback loops.
Own inbound orchestration: lead routing, speed-to-lead, handoffs, follow-ups, and ensuring inbound converts cleanly into pipeline.
Enable BDR execution with systems, workflows, and playbooks that increase throughput and quality.
Run RevOps day to day with a focus on reliability: pipeline stages, core fields, process discipline, and data hygiene.
Build lightweight reporting that makes performance visible and supports prioritization and iteration.
Partner closely with sales and founders to translate goals into systems and ship improvements quickly.
Support growth experiments when they benefit from automation or systems work, and ensure they can be measured and repeated.
2–5 years in RevOps / GTM Ops / Growth Ops / GTM Engineering (or similar), with real ownership of systems that supported pipeline creation and conversion.
Deep comfort in the tools and the details: you’ve implemented, debugged, and maintained workflows across CRM + enrichment + sequencing + automation tooling.
Strong judgment on tradeoffs: what to automate vs. keep manual, how to prevent brittle workflows, and how to keep systems stable as volume grows.
Ability to create clarity from ambiguity: translate goals into requirements, ship the system, and drive adoption across sales/BDR/founders.
Strong analytical capability: define the few metrics that matter, ensure data integrity, and build reporting that drives decisions.
High bar for CRM and pipeline integrity; you can enforce standards without creating bureaucracy.
Excellent written communication: you document how the system works, why it exists, and how the team should operate within it.
Built or scaled a BDR function’s workflows and enablement from scratch.
Experience partnering with marketing on demand gen measurement, attribution, and campaign instrumentation.
SQL / light scripting to extend reporting and automation.
Experience at an early-stage dev tools or infrastructure startup.
Identify as a builder.
Are excited to work in-person from our new and spacious office in New York.
Love working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one).
Enjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems.
Thrive in a fast-paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential.
