We’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive meaningful customer growth at Antimetal by creating high-quality conversations with the engineering teams we’re built for.
This role is foundational to our GTM motion. You’ll source and qualify meetings across outbound and inbound, work closely with our GTM and Sales Teams, and help us build a repeatable way to consistently generate qualified pipeline.
Antimetal is building the future of infrastructure management. We're starting by creating a platform that investigates, resolves, and prevents issues—giving engineers their time back to focus on what they do best: building great products.
Own outbound prospecting to target accounts and book qualified meetings.
Research accounts and buyers (SRE, platform, infra leadership) and write high-quality outreach that earns replies.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and route them correctly with clear context for the next step.
Partner closely with the Account Executive teams and founders to refine messaging, targeting, and follow-up.
Maintain tight CRM hygiene so activity, context, and outcomes are captured accurately.
Iterate on sequences and experiments to improve reply rates, conversion, and meeting quality.
Build repeatable playbooks for what works and share learnings with the team.
1–3+ years in an SDR/BDR role or adjacent experience with clear evidence you can create pipeline.
Strong writing and communication skills, you can be concise, specific, and technical enough to earn attention.
Comfort speaking with engineers and learning technical concepts quickly.
Familiarity with common GTM tools (CRM, sequencing, enrichment) and comfort using them day to day.
High activity, strong organization, and follow-through.
Resilience and consistency, you handle rejection and keep your standards high.
Ownership mindset, you want to improve the system, not just work the tasks.
Technical fluency that helps you sell to engineers: you can read basic docs, follow architecture conversations, and learn new tools quickly.
Computer Science or equivalent degree.
Experience prospecting into dev tools, infrastructure, security, data, or adjacent products.
Experience working in a fast-moving startup with minimal process and high expectations.
Prior experience running small experiments to improve outbound performance.
Identify as a builder.
Are excited to work in-person from our new and spacious office in New York.
Love working in a startup environment (experience in a startup or obsession with going zero-to-one).
Enjoy working with people who are ambitious, caring, and think in systems.
Thrive in a fast-paced iterative environment where experimentation is essential.
