Our Product Operations Team
At Nubank, many things are done from scratch. We understood that to offer the most transparent, fair, and intuitive financial products and services, we had to recreate them from our early days completely. We needed professionals who could navigate from business strategy to project management for this endeavor, from risk assessment to cross-team alignment. That's how and why our Product Operations team was born. A quarter Product Manager, a quarter Business Analyst, a quarter Management Advisor, and a quarter… Something else? Product Ops are the ultimate owners of Nubank's operations, ensuring that projects and processes run efficiently.

As a Product Operations, you're expected to play a pivotal role in ensuring the best operational performance of our products and providing a smooth customer experience. Responsibilities will include:
- Leading end-to-end process improvements, identifying inefficiencies, and designing scalable solutions to enhance quality and performance
- Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products. Having been exposed to third party banking integrations is a plus.
- Building a holistic view of the customer journey, identifying key pain points and opportunities for improvement
- Driving the operational inner loop, ensuring insights from customer interactions translate into actionable improvements
- Conducting structured analysis to identify performance gaps and defining data-driven action plans focused on efficiency and quality
- Owning a roadmap from end to end, evaluating priorities and assessing ambiguous tradeoffs in a fast-paced environment
- Translating business and operational needs into clear initiatives and execution plans
- Monitoring key operational metrics and proactively identifying and addressing issues
- Managing dependencies with internal and external stakeholders to improve overall operational health
We're looking for an experienced Product Operations who has:
- 6+ years of experience in similar roles
- Fluent or native Spanish and English
- Genuine curiosity about a technical ecosystem that supports all of our products. Having been exposed to third party banking integrations is a plus.
- Strong experience in operations, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and operational transformations
- Hands-on experience implementing solutions and delivering measurable impact (beyond purely advisory or consulting roles)
- Solid analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose problems, structure insights, and develop actionable improvement plans
- Experience working in complex, fast-paced environments, ideally within large organizations or highly sophisticated operational settings
- Exposure to strategy & operations roles or cross-functional initiatives. Ability to navigate ambiguity and influence stakeholders across different levels and regions
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate insights and recommendations
- Curiosity and adaptability to leverage modern tools and technologies (including AI) to improve operation
