Key Responsibilities:
Own and lead all leasing activities for student housing properties, ensuring strong pre-leasing and in-season performanceDrive occupancy and revenue through strategic pricing, promotions, and demand forecasting aligned with academic calendarsManage, train, and motivate leasing agents to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume leasing environmentOversee leasing campaigns during peak seasons, including tours, events, and virtual leasing effortsEnsure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and student housing leasing standardsAnalyze leasing metrics (traffic, conversions, renewals, and yield) to optimize performancePartner closely with marketing and property management teams to align messaging and resident experienceHandle escalated resident, guarantor, and parent communications with professionalism and clarityMaintain accurate leasing records, reporting, and CRM data
Qualifications:
3+ years of leasing experience, with direct experience in student housing strongly preferredProven success managing high-volume leasing cycles and pre-leasing strategiesExperience leading or mentoring leasing teamsStrong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working with leasing software, CRMs, and reporting toolsSolid understanding of Fair Housing laws and student housing compliance
The estimated compensation for this role is $40,000 to $45,000 per year plus bonus.
