About the Role
As Legal Assistant, you’ll be at the heart of contract management and statutory administration. You’ll support the full contract lifecycle, ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements, and work closely with teams across the business to support contract implementation and review. You’ll also provide statutory administration support to Isle of Man based companies.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, from drafting through execution, renewal, and termination
- Prepare minutes and resolutions to ensure proper documentation of executed contracts and agreements
- Maintain contract databases and tracking systems, ensuring records are accurate and up to date
- Collaborate with internal teams including sales, legal, and finance to gather information and ensure contractual obligations are met
- Support contract negotiations by preparing drafts, coordinating feedback, and facilitating review cycles
- Monitor contract deadlines, renewal dates, and compliance milestones, proactively flagging upcoming actions
- Assist with contract-related queries or disputes, escalating complex matters where required
- Ensure processes and procedures are consistently followed and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Produce reports and summaries to support management decision-making
- Support contract-related audits and ensure documentation meets company and regulatory standards
About You
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management
- Proven experience in a legal assistant, legal secretary, or contracts administration role
- Confident working independently, with excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of contract-related legal terminology
- Experience using contract management systems, Microsoft Office, and document management tools
- Able to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and perform well under pressure
- A collaborative team player who can also work effectively with remote colleagues
- Practical problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
