Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCSW-C who wants to focus on thoughtful, client-centered therapy without the demands of in-person care. This role is built around steady virtual sessions, clear clinical expectations, and the ability to support clients through assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing care in a consistent remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy through secure telehealth platforms
• Conduct clinical assessments and diagnoses
• Develop and update treatment plans
• Monitor client progress across sessions
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCSW-C license
• Master’s degree in Social Work
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Strong assessment and documentation skills
• Comfortable working fully remote
