Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Maryland

Job Summary

We are hiring an LCPC who wants a remote role with a clear rhythm to the day. This position is focused on direct therapy, ongoing assessment, and helping clients build practical coping strategies within a stable telehealth framework.

Responsibilities

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions
• Complete diagnostic assessments
• Maintain treatment notes and care plans
• Adjust therapeutic approaches as needed
• Follow Maryland clinical and ethical standards

Requirements

• Active Maryland LCPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or mental health field
• Experience providing mental health therapy
• Strong documentation habits
• Ability to work independently
