Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are seeking an Indiana-licensed LCSW to support clients through virtual therapy while contributing to clinical oversight across the team. This position blends hands-on therapy with supervision and documentation review, creating a balanced role with predictable hours and defined responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver telehealth therapy to individuals and families
• Conduct psychosocial assessments and care planning
• Supervise associate clinicians and review clinical notes
• Ensure alignment with Indiana practice standards
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment goals

Requirements

• Active Indiana LCSW license
• Master of Social Work (MSW)
• Experience in clinical mental health settings
• Prior supervision experience preferred
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
