Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York

Role Description

This position supports clients through individual, couples, and family therapy sessions delivered virtually. You will work with a diverse caseload while maintaining clear treatment goals and consistent session structure.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
• Establish and track treatment goals
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow state guidelines and ethical requirements

Requirements

• Active New York LMFT license
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
• Post-licensure clinical experience preferred
• Experience with telehealth platforms
• Strong communication and organizational skills
