Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist to deliver structured therapy services to individuals, couples, and families through a secure telehealth platform. In this role, you will guide clients through relationship challenges, communication barriers, and life transitions while maintaining clear treatment goals and measurable progress. Your daily work directly supports client stability, growth, and long-term mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
• Assess client needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams when appropriate
• Uphold ethical, legal, and professional standards of care

Requirements

• Active Georgia LMFT license in good standing
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing therapy in a clinical or telehealth setting
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Reliable internet connection and private workspace
