Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide structured telehealth services to individuals, couples, and families across Wyoming. In this role, you will focus on assessment, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy sessions that support emotional health, communication, and long-term stability. Your work will directly influence client progress through consistent clinical care and clear documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments and establish treatment goals
• Provide virtual therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families
• Maintain accurate clinical notes and treatment records
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams as needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and state-specific guidelines

Requirements

• Active LMFT license in the state of Wyoming
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Experience providing clinical services independently
• Comfortable working in a telehealth setting
• Strong documentation and time management skills
