Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: Indiana

Job Summary

We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to deliver structured, ongoing therapy through a telehealth model. This role focuses on consistent client engagement, thoughtful treatment planning, and steady follow-through. You will work with a defined caseload while supporting clinical standards through supervision and case review.

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual therapy sessions on a scheduled basis
• Complete intake assessments and develop treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and update goals
• Supervise associate counselors as assigned
• Review documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Participate in clinical case discussions

Requirements

• Active Indiana LMHC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• Experience in outpatient or telehealth therapy
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to manage a full virtual caseload
