Location: Arkansas

Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Arkansas-licensed Professional Counselor to provide structured virtual counseling services. This role involves conducting therapy sessions, tracking treatment progress, completing documentation, and maintaining compliance with established clinical standards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through telehealth
• Track client progress and update treatment goals
• Complete session notes and clinical records
• Participate in case planning and clinical discussions
• Apply evidence-based counseling approaches
• Adhere to Arkansas counseling regulations

Requirements

• Active Arkansas Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Prior telehealth experience preferred
• Strong documentation skills
