Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job Summary

We are looking for an Arkansas-licensed Professional Counselor to provide telehealth counseling services within an established care framework. This role focuses on session delivery, progress tracking, documentation, and adherence to clinical protocols. The workday is structured to support consistent care and predictable workflow.

Responsibilities

• Deliver virtual counseling sessions to assigned clients
• Track outcomes and adjust treatment goals
• Complete session notes and clinical documentation
• Participate in case coordination as required
• Apply approved therapeutic methods
• Maintain compliance with Arkansas counseling standards

Requirements

• Active Arkansas LPC license
• Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience
• Telehealth experience preferred
• Strong documentation and organizational skills
