About Client
Client is a leading global travel distribution platform, empowering travel agents and partners with seamless booking solutions, strong supplier network, and destination expertise. As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Sr. Executive – DMC (Australia Market) to strengthen our operations and client support in Mumbai.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Handle B2B travel queries for Australia region (FIT, Groups, MICE).
- Design customized itineraries, prepare costings, and deliver accurate quotations.
- Liaise with hotels, suppliers, and ground partners in Australia for best deals.
- Negotiate rates and ensure competitive pricing for partners.
- Manage end-to-end booking operations: confirmations, vouchers, documentation, and problem resolution.
- Keep updated on Australia tourism trends, visas, attractions, and experiences.
- Support internal sales teams with destination training and product knowledge.
Requirements:
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Travel & Tourism or related field.
- 3–6 years of DMC experience, specifically in Australia market.
- Strong knowledge of Australia hotels, sightseeing, and activities.
- Good command of MS Office, booking tools, and vendor management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure.
