As our Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the defining, setting up, and running a company-wide long-term awareness and training program, the role helps in fostering a culture of cybersecurity awareness among employees.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
⚫ SHE & Security: Follow ENVALIOR QESH requirements and ENVALIOR related standards to ensure plant production and maintenance in a safe manner and running smoothly.
Primarily responsible for compounding plant, Utilities, ETP and Dryer area.
Responsible for small projects, IP execution related to SHE & security including civil projects.
⚫ Manufex : Role of Maintenance Field Planner + Purchase requisition/Goods receiver
- Responsible for Reviewing authorized maintenance order for completeness with respect to the planning process
- Returning incomplete maintenance order to the Maintenance gate keeper
- Deciding whether contractor personnel is needed including requests to the contractor procurement process
- Preparing work permits for the jobs to be done
- Listing jobs in the active backlog including material arrival dates
⚫ Analyse periodically all data relevant for the maintenance process e.g. maintenance history, preventive maintenance data
⚫ Define improvement proposals for maintenance.
⚫ Give input to the criticality ranking of plant sections and equipment
⚫ Support the process to define the best approach to optimize equipment reliability
⚫ Participate in FMEA sessions
⚫ Support discussions about maintenance strategies and the translation of the chosen strategy into integrated PPM plans.
⚫ Support the analyses and optimization of PPM Plan
⚫ Support the process of finding problem sources if asked for by a problem discoverer
⚫ Support the process of determining the cause of failure during the execution of the maintenance job.
⚫ Edit SOP and JSA to warrant maintenance activities are safe
⚫ Define spares needed, warrant spares stock can meet production requirement
⚫ Facilitate machine safety analysis
⚫ Responsible for increasing machine availability and maintenance cost down
⚫ Regularly check safety device and critical safety spares
⚫ Be responsible for small project installation and commissioning including civil through PMP process.
⚫ Local catalogue manager for MRO items.
⚫ Member of MSA/TSLC team.
⚫ Responsible for Compliance of HOTT .
⚫ Responsible for Compliance to decided action w.r.t CI activities
⚫ Responsible for compliance related to IATF, EMS
Requirements
- The candidate should have more than 3 years of experience in a compounding plant, familiar with SAP for maintenance activities & should have good Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) awareness.
- B. Tech - Mechanical
- Candidates from the similar kind of industry will be preferred.
