Maintenance Head
- Lead and manage the maintenance team to ensure all packaging machinery and equipment operate efficiently and safely.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
- Oversee troubleshooting, repair, and servicing of all equipment within the facility.
- Supervise, mentor, and train the maintenance team, promoting continuous improvement and professional development.
- Conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Prepare and manage the maintenance department’s budget, controlling costs while maintaining high performance standards.
- Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
- Plan and execute maintenance projects, including equipment upgrades, installations, and relocations.
- Coordinate with other departments, vendors, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
- Ensure all maintenance activities and records comply with regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work, including logs, manuals, and repair records.
- Oversee the entire maintenance department, ensuring efficient operation and high performance.
- Develop long-term maintenance strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulatory standards, including GMP, FDA, and industry-specific guidelines.

Qualifications
Graduate in Engineering.
Additional Information
Atleast 20 Years of Experience in Tubular Glass Manufacturing Industry
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in Maintenance.
- Strong exposure to end-to-end Maintenance functions including Mechanical, Electrical, Utility, Instrumentation, PLC/HMI/Programming, and Inspection Systems.
- Prior experience in MNC organizations is preferred.
