Description:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and deliver projects, assignments, and business initiatives
- Perform data processing and analysis using various tools, techniques, and methodologies
- Conduct research on companies, industries, and markets, to support project implementation and roll-out
- Learn and adapt to company policies, procedures, workflows, and best practices under the guidance of experienced supervisors
- Prepare reports and presentations, summarizing findings and insights
- Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding best practices, tools and techniques
Depending on your background, interests, and our business needs, you will rotate to three of the following areas, with the option to explore additional departments throughout the program.

- Technology
- Risk
- Financial Markets
- Investment Banking
- Retail Products
- Data Management & Analytics
- Internal Audit
Requirements
- BSc in Banking, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Risk Management, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Economics, Business Administration, or other related fields.
- MSc in Finance, Economics, Risk, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent (considered an asset).
- Up to 3 years of professional experience
- Solid proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, C, Java, as well as other commonly used programming languages
- Exposure to data visualization tools like Power BI
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving mindset, and ability to work with data
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to embrace new ideas, tools, and challenges
- A positive attitude, growth mindset, and commitment to high‑quality work
