About the job:
We are currently seeking a strategic and dynamic Segment Development Manager to lead the growth and optimization of our Retail Customer Segments (Affluent & Mass Segment). This is a critical role focused on driving tailored strategies, customer value propositions, and segment-specific initiatives to customer engagement, loyalty, and profitability
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Participate in the preparation of the Business Plan for the Retail customer segments (Affluent & Mass Segment)
- Assist in the development of the segment service model based on data analysis, customer behaviors, and needs, and monitor implementation
- Analyze customer data and market trends to identify evolving needs, behavioral patterns, and opportunities for segment-specific value creation
- Develop and execute customer engagement plans focused on acquisition, relationship deepening, and retention.
- Collaborate with relevant Business Areas to develop and execute promotional and communication campaigns across multiple channels
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure segment performance and profitability. Lead initiatives to enhance both quantitative and qualitative outcomes, including customer satisfaction and lifecycle value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, or related field will be considered an asset
- Minimum 5 years work experience in role related to Customer Segment Development, Commercial Strategy, or Product/Marketing Management in a commercial or consulting company
- Strong understanding of retail banking products, customer lifecycles, and market dynamics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Very strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
