Manager - Business Planning & Analysis

a) Preparation of Balance-sheet, profit & loss statement, cash flow
b) Finalisation of books of accounts
c) Preparation of 5 year Business Plan and financial models of projects
d) Credit Rating processes and follow on periodic MIS reporting
e) Preparation of projection report, CMA, process note for renewal of working capital facilities
f) Expertise & experience in Financial analysis, Business modelling, Financial and Management Accounting & MIS
g) Develop financial measures in conjunction with operating performance of divisions and departments
h) Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against Budgets(Variance Analysis)
i) Preparation of vertical-wise annual report
j) Development of Business plan of multiple ventures and verticals/business units
k) Performing analytical review of monthly financial MIS of at Unit / SBU /Company level.
l) Candidate will be required to liaison with Bankers and FI’s and handle existing relationships. Preparing QIS for submission to Working Capital banks.

Qualifications

CA-Inter or MBA (Finance) with min. 5yrs relevant experience.
