ABOUT THE ROLE
As a (Senior) Sales Enablement Manager at Pliant, you operate at the intersection of Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to drive commercial effectiveness and revenue growth. You enable our commercial teams through sales enablement programs, training, content, and process improvements that remove friction from the sales cycle.
In addition, you support customer-facing education by helping prospects and clients understand, evaluate, and adopt Pliant’s product.
This is a high-impact hybrid role for someone who enjoys both client interaction and internal sales enablement. You will report directly to our VP of Growth.
This role is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid working model.
