To design, lead, and embed a forward-looking workforce planning framework that ensures Masdar has the right capabilities, in the right roles, at the right time—supporting both current operations and long-term transformation goals. It also leads the coordination of manpower budgeting and resource planning in collaboration with P&C, finance, and senior management, contributing to enhanced organizational agility, Emiratization efforts, and talent sustainability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, engineering or related field
- MBA or Master’s in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related discipline preferred
- Certification in workforce planning or HR analytics (e.g., SHRM-SCP, CIPD, HCI SWP)
Additional Information
- 6- 8 years of progressive experience in workforce planning, budgeting, or organizational strategy in large or fast-paced organizations
- Finance or business planning exposure, especially: Budget forecasting and monitoring, Cost modeling (e.g., salaries, benefits, costs), working with finance teams on annual plans and long-term workforce projections
- Proven success in designing and executing workforce planning frameworks with enterprise impact
- Experience advising senior leadership on talent capacity, cost scenarios, and future-readiness
