The Team You’ll Join: You’ll join the Marketing team at Veris Insights, a high-impact function responsible for translating deep labor market research into compelling, executive-ready content. Marketing works closely with Growth, Research, and Product to build our brand, educate the market, and support both demand generation and member value across University Recruiting and Talent Acquisition audiences.
How You’ll Grow: As a Marketing Associate, you’ll take ownership of key content and creative channels while sharpening your executive-level copywriting, multi-channel storytelling, and strategic marketing execution skills. You’ll develop a deep understanding of the recruiting landscape, gain exposure to senior talent leaders, and play a visible role in shaping how Veris Insights shows up in the market.

Key Responsibilities: Executive-Facing Copy & Thought Leadership
Write several high-quality blogs per month for Talent Acquisition leadersTranslate research insights and data into clear, persuasive narratives tailored to executive audiences Maintain a consistent Veris Insights voice across long-form and short-form contentGhostwrite and collaborate on content for key thought leaders within the firm Strong writing craft, audience awareness, and the ability to simplify complexity are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Social Content Execution
Own our organic LinkedIn presence and strategyDevelop social copy, captions, and posting strategyCreate supporting multimedia content including graphics, carousels, and short-form videoExecute copy and creative for paid campaigns, primarily on LinkedInTrack performance and iterate messaging based on insightsThis role requires someone who can learn quickly, test thoughtfully, and pivot as we refine our approach.
Key Responsibilities: Campaign & Content Operations
Format and publish newsletters and campaign emailsConduct rigorous QA to ensure zero-defect executionFormat decks, research summaries, and event materialsEnsure all materials meet brand standardsOur audience is senior. Our execution must reflect that standard.
The Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in copywriting, content marketing, or multi-channel marketingStrong executive-facing writing skillsExperience with organic social media (especially LinkedIn)Graphic design experience for marketing and presentation materials
The Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in talent acquisition, HR tech, or B2B research-driven marketingFamiliarity with HubSpot, SendGrid, or similar marketing toolsVideo editing or motion/short-form video experienceExperience supporting paid media campaignsBasic understanding of SEO best practices
The Compensation & Benefits Package:
Salary: $65,000-$72,500 annually, depending on experienceLocation: Remote-first within the U.S., with occasional travel to Washington, DC for in-person collaboration, team off-sites, or strategic planningTime Off: Unlimited PTO, plus monthly mental health daysHealth & Wellness: Medical, dental, and vision coverage, plus a $1,000 annual wellness stipendRetirement: 401(k) with up to 4% employer matchFamily Support: Paid parental leaveWork Authorization: Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship.
