Technical Marketing Project Manager Tel Aviv, Israel | AutoDS | Hybrid
AutoDS is looking for a Technical Marketing Project Manager to own and drive automation-heavy, AI-powered marketing initiatives from idea to execution.

Marketing at AutoDS operates at scale. We’re investing heavily in automation, and smarter workflows, and we need someone who can work on technical marketing projects end-to-end, connect business needs with technical execution, and make things actually work.
You’ll report to the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and play a key role in how marketing systems, automations, and innovation initiatives are built and executed.
What You’ll Do
- Own marketing projects (technical & non-technical) end-to-end: intake → solution design → implementation → testing → rollout → optimization
- Design and build marketing automations using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n
- Lead technical integration projects across CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable), marketing tools, and internal systems
- Improve and standardize marketing workflows through automation and technical solutions
- Operate innovation initiatives (“Innovation Lab”), experiments, pilots, POCs, and rollout of new tools and ideas
- Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and external platforms when needed
- Lead cross-functional collaboration across marketing and key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years experience as a Technical Project Manager / Marketing Automation Manager / Marketing Ops
- Hands-on experience building automations with Zapier / Make / n8n
- Experience working with CRMs such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable (architecture, workflows, integrations)
- Strong technical mindset, able to translate business needs into systems and workflows
- Comfortable owning projects end-to-end, including technical implementation
- Bonus: experience building or managing AI agents / LLM-based workflows
- Bonus: SQL / data knowledge (queries, data validation, basic analytics)
