About ATCOM
ATCOM S.A. is responsible for some of the most ambitious digital commerce and content platforms in Greece — from large-scale eCommerce sites and travel booking engines to enterprise portals and mobile applications, serving both the private and public sector. Our proprietary product suite — Netvolution (enterprise CMS) and A-Commerce (eCommerce platform) — powers the digital operations of clients including Aegean Airlines, IKEA, Hertz, Gregory's, and Attica Group.
With 25 years of delivery expertise, we believe in autonomy for teams and individuals — we want to work with people who are self-motivated and will take ownership without needing to be guided at every step. Ultimately, we want you to be passionate about your work and about building things that clients and users will genuinely value.
We are now looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial team and take on the positioning, enablement, and go-to-market work for Netvolution and A-Commerce.
Requirements
What you'll be doing...
- Own positioning and messaging for Netvolution and A-Commerce. Keep our value propositions, proof points, and platform narratives accurate, consistent, and commercially sharp — across the website, sales materials, and client-facing communications.
- Manage the product website and social media profiles. Own the content, structure, and ongoing updates of the Netvolution and A-Commerce product pages, as well as their social media presence — ensuring that what we publish reflects our current positioning, speaks to our target audience, and stays active and relevant.
- Build and maintain the sales enablement library. Create and continuously refresh the toolkit that helps account managers win: platform one-pagers, capability decks, proposal inserts, email templates, FAQs, and objection guides. Establish a simple system that keeps assets organized and easy to find.
- Bring the voice of the customer into everything. Support customer interviews, NPS programms, and win/loss analysis. Work alongside Customer Success and Sales to capture recurring needs, objections, and buying triggers — and turn those insights into messaging that feels real and actionable.
- Turn customer success into proof. Source quotes, metrics, and success highlights from Customer Success and shape them into case study snippets, testimonial assets, and reference points that build credibility in the sales cycle.
- Support product launches end-to-end. When Netvolution or A-Commerce ships a feature update or new capability, own the go-to-market coordination: internal briefing notes, customer communications, website updates, and sales talking points — ensuring commercial teams are ready before anything goes live.
- Track the market and keep us sharp. Monitor category trends, buyer behaviour, and platform developments across both the Greek and international eCommerce market. Translate what you learn into concise, practical outputs — competitor snapshots, market observations, or positioning recommendations — that help the team differentiate and sell with clarity.
What we'll expect from you...
- 1–3 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, sales enablement, or a closely adjacent role — ideally within an eCommerce, SaaS, or digital services environment
- Solid understanding of the eCommerce landscape: how platforms are bought, what drives selection decisions, what retailers and digital teams care about
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Greek and English — you write clearly, specifically, and with the right register for the audience
- Strong content and collateral skills: you can turn a complex product capability into a compelling one-pager, a sharp email, or a clean pitch deck slide
- Customer empathy and the discipline to act on it — you listen for patterns, not just feedback, and translate what you learn into messaging that resonates
- Research and analytical mindset: comfortable working with multiple inputs (customer feedback, usage data, market signals) and distilling them into clear recommendations
- Organized and self-directed: you take ownership of your work, keep assets current without being chased, and operate well in an environment where not everything is predefined
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate your work — research, drafting, analysis — while always staying on top of the output, applying critical thinking, and bringing your own human perspective and judgement to every deliverable
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field — or equivalent demonstrated experience
