About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and AI‑savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing delivery team. In this role, you will support clients across the U.S., Canada, and Europe—including law firms, financial service providers, and advisory firms—by executing marketing strategies, coordinating projects, and delivering high‑quality content. You will transform strategy into action, own client marketing tasks end‑to‑end, and help drive measurable growth in visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Content Creation & Repurposing
Use custom-trained ChatGPTs and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to repurpose long‑form content into short‑form formats. Create graphics, short-form videos, and social content as needed. Write, edit, and schedule social media posts across platforms. Write, edit, and schedule newsletters, drip campaigns, and blogs. Create podcast/YouTube show notes and related graphics. 2. Funnels & Campaign Execution
Build funnels for workshops, webinars, lead magnets, and events. Write and design landing pages, thank‑you pages, and follow‑up emails. Set up automations and reminders within CRM systems (e.g., HighLevel, Kajabi, FG Funnels). 3. Client Management & Project Coordination
Fully own each client’s marketing tasks from start to finish. Manage project timelines and deliverables using Asana. Communicate with clients via email/text as needed. Collaborate with the internal team using Slack, Voxer, or WhatsApp. Track and log all billable hours by client and project.
Expected Results
Increased consistency, content output, and engagement across clients’ and the company’s social media channels. Growth in email lists, qualified leads, and conversion opportunities for both client initiatives and internal business activities. More time freed up for leadership to focus on strategic planning and business development. Professional communication: responses within 24 hours Monday–Friday and 48 hours on weekends/holidays.
Requirements Technical & Marketing Skills
Strong understanding of AI content tools (ChatGPT, Claude). Experience with CRMs such as HighLevel, HubSpot, Kajabi, FG Funnels, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Zapier, etc. Ability to use project management tools like Asana and communication tools like Slack, Voxer, WhatsApp. Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, Zoom, and other marketing platforms. Strong writing skills and ability to adapt tone for different audiences. Strong attention to detail, design accuracy, and error‑free deliverables.
