Job Title: Sales Specialist – Vacation Packages
Location: Celer Headquarters – Cra 53 #76-115, Barranquilla
Schedule: Monday to Sunday, availability between 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. (2 days off per week, consecutive or not)
Compensation: Salary plus commissions in USD
Role Overview: As a Sales Specialist, you will join a team focused on offering promotional vacation packages to potential clients. You will handle incoming calls and make outbound calls during scheduled shifts, aiming to close effective sales for timeshare tours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Be present and available during your assigned shift.
• Handle calls promptly and professionally.
• Follow the sales script with a helpful and courteous attitude.
• Understand and apply package requirements to prospects.
• Master information about destinations, resorts, and promotions.
• Clearly explain the financial implications of not meeting requirements.
• Accurately and quickly register reservations in the system.
• Follow up on reservations and resolve verifications promptly.
• Exceed production and conversion goals.
• Adapt to a dynamic environment with changing priorities.
• Complete all assigned tasks.
Required Profile:
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Proactive, charismatic, and service-oriented.
• Minimum 6 months of Sales experience in a BPO.
• Ability to communicate clearly and build trust.
