Marketing & Growth Specialist LATAM (m/f/d)

Please note that for this role, C2 Portuguese proficiency is required. This is a full-time, hybrid position based in São Paulo.
What You’ll Do
Write high-impact, conversion-focused copy for paid ads, landing pages, email, and social media across the full funnel (awareness → conversion → retention).
Support performance marketing initiatives by helping build, launch, and continuously optimize paid digital campaigns across key channels.
Conceptualize and iterate creative concepts in close collaboration with the design team for organic and paid formats.
Analyze full-funnel performance data to identify drop-offs, test hypotheses, and recommend optimizations.
Collaborate with marketing, sales and product teams to develop growth initiatives and scale winning strategies based on data insights.

Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms.
Excellent communication skills in English and Portuguese, proficiency is Spanish is a big plus.
