About the role
Within the Product & Customer Lifecycle Marketing team, this individual will be responsible for bridging the gap between the Product team (Investment and Crypto) and the Affluent marketing team. They will lead the development of product lifecycle management strategies within a customer-centric journey, considering segmentation and contextual behavior with a focus on building positioning, narrative, and the implementation and optimization of performance-driven marketing initiatives. This role carries end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects, which may range from creating a product value proposition and building narratives centered on consumer pain points and needs to product positioning and the development of a Go-to-Market plan, including full CLM strategy, execution, and the management of other marketing stakeholders (PR, SEO, Blog, Website, Campaigns, Brand Experience, and Branding).
You'll be responsible for
- Effectively and proactively manage and influence stakeholders and segment leaders regarding the roadmap for new products and features, mediating discussions and reviews on product expansion and maturity (e.g., product-market fit);
- Lead the development of the product marketing plan and Go-to-Market strategies in accordance with segment priorities and the marketing calendar;
- Be the guardian of the product narrative, building guidelines and sharing knowledge about product narratives with multifunctional teams responsible for content (blog, website, etc), communication (In-app, PR, CLM, Campaign, etc), to ensure the plan is aligned with marketing and business objectives;
- Bridge analytical insights (such as critical stages of the customer journey that define engagement and the relationship with Nubank) with practical customer journey management strategies. Additionally, be responsible for the specific marketing plan for investment and crypto products, ensuring alignment with the interests and objectives of the Affluent segment;
- End-to-end performance management: strategic alignment, understanding of business objectives, planning and implementation of communication flows, copy elaboration, monitoring and reporting of results to involved stakeholders;
- Combine product funnel analysis with a deep understanding of customer segments to drive engagement at critical lifecycle stages (e.g., onboarding at Nubank, moments of delight or friction, churn prevention...);
- In this position you will work closely with (1) the Analytics team, in order to define test parameters, monitoring, and identification of business opportunities; (2) Product Managers to define where product journeys best fit into each phase of the client's life and how to communicate the value of these products; (3) the Marketing team in general, to define strategies that leverage products across various communication channels.
We are looking for a person who has
- Previous experience with product marketing and CRM
- Advanced understanding of communication channels, especially direct/owned channels.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and influencing product teams.
- Executive, structured, and concise communication.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in analyzing success and engagement metrics.
- Experience with multi-channel and multi-touchpoint journeys, connected with brand tone of voice and positioning.
- Process improvement and project management skills.
- Ideally, possess experience in consumer-facing roles within financial services or investment firms.
- Advanced English.
