Are you a commercially driven sales leader with deep experience in the UK spirits trade industry?
We’re looking for a Trade Sales Lead to drive the next phase of growth for Master of Malt Trade, leading a high-performing team of Partner Managers and building strategic relationships with some of the most exciting hospitality partners across the UK.
This is a role for someone who thrives on commercial ownership, team leadership and industry influence — someone who knows how to grow a channel, develop people and build meaningful partnerships.
You’ll lead the trade wholesale channel, developing and executing a clear sales strategy that accelerates growth, strengthens key accounts and expands our partner network.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping the long-term growth of the trade channel within Atom Group, working closely with Marketing, Buying and Operations to deliver exceptional value for our partners.
