Main Responsibilities

Production Leadership

• Oversee the full production cycle for all digital shows (pre-production, production, post-production)
• Supervise day-to-day production operations and ensure high production standards
• Act as the main point of contact between creative, production, and external teams

Team & Talent Management

• Select, hire freelancers, and creative teams per project
• Build and maintain a strong network of trusted directors, DOPs, editors, writers, designers, and crew
• Manage contracts, scopes, and deliverables for all production partners

Budgeting & Planning

• Create detailed production budgets and cost breakdowns per show
• Optimize budgets while maintaining creative and technical quality
• Monitor production spending and ensure projects stay within approved budgets

Creative & Execution Oversight

• Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to translate concepts into executable production plans
• Ensure creative vision, tone, and purpose are preserved throughout production
• Review scripts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans

Locations & Logistics

• Scout, select, and secure filming locations
• Manage permits, logistics, equipment needs, and production schedules
• Oversee production timelines and ensure on-time delivery

Ideal Profile
3-5 years of experience in TV, digital, or branded content production Proven experience producing digital shows or long-form content Strong network of production houses, freelancers, and creative talent Excellent budgeting, scheduling, and production management skills Strong understanding of creative workflows and technical production requirements Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Fluent in Arabic and English
