The New Grad Product Talent Program is built to identify high-potential early-career individuals and grow them into core Product contributors and future Product Managers at AppNation.
The focus is not junior execution or short-term exposure, but long-term growth within the company through real ownership and measurable impact. We hire for potential, growth mindset, structured thinking, and ownership not experience.
What You’ll Do

Growth Path
You will join as a New Grad and expand your scope over time.New Grad > Product Specialist > Product Manager > Senior Product Manager. Progression is performance-based. Ownership and impact increase as you demonstrate capability.

The Recruitment Process
We’ve designed a structured and rewarding process to identify high-potential candidates who are ready to take real ownership in Product
Application Review (20 February – 10 March) We carefully assess your CV to evaluate your structured thinking, growth mindset, and long-term alignment with Product.
Case Study (13 March – 20 March) Selected candidates will receive a real product case on 13 March. You will have 7 days to complete and submit your work by 20 March.
Case Presentation (28 – 29 March) Shortlisted candidates will present their case at this stage, allowing us to better understand your thinking process, prioritization approach, and communication style.
Final Decision & Offer (30 March – 31 March) Final decisions and offer process will be made on 30 - 31 March.
