To support the introduction and further growth of NOAM Beer in the market, Kafea Terra is strengthening its commercial team with a dedicated Brand Ambassador role.
The Brand Ambassador for NOAM will be responsible for driving brand awareness, market presence, and sales growth across the market. The role supports NOAM’s premium brand positioning through the execution of brand trainings, tastings, presentations, and on-trade activations, while actively contributing to the development and expansion of the distribution network within high-end, super-premium, luxury, and trend-setting channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive the development of NOAM Beer within high-end, super-premium, luxury, and trend-setting HORECA accounts.
• Identify and secure strategic on-trade partnerships that enhance NOAM’s premium positioning.
• Manage commercial discussions and agreements with selected HORECA partners in close collaboration with Kafeaterra’s sales organization and approved distribution partners.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key accounts, ensuring elevated brand representation and consistent execution in line with luxury standards.
• Deliver refined brand trainings, tastings, and presentations, and support tailored brand activations in collaboration with Kafeaterra’s sales and marketing teams.
• Track market insights and competitor activity to support informed commercial decisions and the successful development of NOAM as a premium lifestyle beer.
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales, business development and/or as Brand Ambassador, preferably within spirties, beverages in the HORECA sector
• Strong network and understanding of high-end, luxury and trend-setting HORECA channels
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills for partnership agreements
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with partners and key stakeholders
• Confident and engaging in conducting brand trainings, tastings and presentations
• You enjoy visiting current and prospective HORECA partners to support relationship building and brand development
• You enjoy travelling to HORECA partners across Greece (key islands, key cities as required)
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-growing environment
• Ambitious, extroverted, outgoing, professional with excellent communication skills
• Strong communication skills in Greece and English
• A driving license is a must
