Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Nordic languages
• Provide detailed information regarding our products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a high level of satisfaction
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to enhance processes and improve overall customer experience
• Engage in training sessions to keep up-to-date on product knowledge and service strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous experience in customer service or related fields is preferred
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Proficient in using customer service software and CRM tools
