Primary Care Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 per year (DOE)

Schedule: Full-Time

Patient Volume: 20 to 30 Patients per day

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage acute and chronic conditions
• Provide preventive care, wellness visits, and patient education
• Perform assessments, diagnostics, and evidence-based treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, MAs, RNs, and care coordination teams

Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:

• Active Arizona NP or PA license
• Primary care or outpatient experience preferred
• Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care
