CoreFlowRX, is a joint venture between Council Capital & a local Academic Medical Center, who delivers high-acuity biologic and immunoglobulin therapies in the home, integrating specialty pharmacy and 340B optimization within a health-system partnership model. We are building a high-touch, high-accountability clinical platform from the ground up.
The Nursing Director is responsible for building and leading CoreFlow’s home infusion nursing platform. This individual must develop a flexible, scalable clinical workforce while maintaining exceptional patient and prescriber experience. This is a builder role.
Develop nursing policies sufficient to support applicable ACHC & URAC accreditation standards.
Establish infusion protocols aligned with immunoglobulins & high-acuity biologics.
Build network of W2 and 1099 infusion nurses.
Build and maintain relationships with other home care agencies to provide contracted infusion nursing services as needed to support growth, scale, and responsiveness aimed at speed to service.
Maintain staffing appropriate to offer infusions to patients within 24 hours of insurance approval.
Drive 6-month retention of core, full-time, and regular part-time staff.
Optimize nurse scheduling and geographic coverage.
Establish measurable patient satisfaction standards.
Build fully operational nursing workforce from zero.
Maintain regulatory compliance and ACHC/URAC readiness.
Build staffing model that achieves goal of offering patients an infusion appointment within 24 hours of insurance approval.
Active South Carolina RN license.
Home health and/or infusion nursing experience.
Prior supervisory experience.
Operational and scheduling competence.
