CoreFlowRX is a joint venture between Council Capital & a local Academic Medical Center, delivering high-acuity biologic and immunoglobulin therapies in the home. We integrate specialty pharmacy services and 340B optimization within a health-system partnership model. Our team is building a high-touch, high-accountability clinical platform from the ground up.
The Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) serves as the clinical and regulatory leader of CoreFlow’s specialty pharmacy operations. This person ensures full compliance while developing scalable pharmacy infrastructure to support rapid growth. This is a builder role, demanding both regulatory precision and operational urgency.
Secure and maintain all Board of Pharmacy, DEA, and state licensure requirements
Ensure full 340B contract pharmacy compliance, split-billing integrity, and 340B inventory management requirements
Lead ACHC & URAC accreditation readiness and audit preparation
Build pharmacy workflows from intake to dispense and shipping
Optimize drug acquisition costs and inventory management
Oversee prior authorization processes to maximize approval rates
Collaborate with the leadership team to develop methods to assess prescriber/referring physician satisfaction with processes such as ease of referral, speed to service, and documentation closure
Hire and lead the initial pharmacy staff (pharmacist and technicians)
Create a high-accountability performance culture
Achieve 100% regulatory compliance
Secure all required licenses and accreditation
Hire and retain the initial pharmacy team
Validate unit economics through drug mix and cost optimization
Active, unrestricted pharmacist license (South Carolina)
Experience in specialty and/or infusion pharmacy
Prior leadership experience
Strong understanding of payer reimbursement (preferred)
Complete Pharmacist Ig Certification within 15 months
