About the role:

We are seeking a talented and dynamic office manager to oversee our Paris Office (100 collaborators) and support employee experience worldwide for our 230 team members.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our Paris office: supplies, vendors, facilities, visitors, mail, meeting rooms and all the little details that make an office run happily.

Be the central point of contact for our teams worldwide, supporting them with logistics, travel, onboarding, and cross-office coordination.

Organize team events, off-sites, and internal gatherings that build our company culture.

Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Support our marketing and sales team with external events.

Help shape the employee experience, from welcoming newcomers to ensuring a positive, inclusive, and efficient work environment.

Skills

A “get things done” type, proactive, solution-oriented, and full of initiative.

You communicate perfectly in French and English (spoken and written).

You love creating order out of chaos and helping people do their best work.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international startup environment.

You already have the right to work in France and are happy to work on-site in Paris (this is not a remote role).

You bring strong professional references. We value experience and reliability over formal education.
