3+ years of experience in high-ownership roles at fast-growing startups.
Strong analytical instincts — you’re comfortable with data, spreadsheets, dashboards, and turning messy inputs into clear decisions.
The ability to get shit done end-to-end. From understanding users → proposing an idea → implementation → iteration.
