The Opportunity:
Akido Labs is seeking an Administrative & Operations Coordinator to support our Los Angeles–based field and administrative operations. This role serves as the operational backbone of our local programs, ensuring our clinical and outreach teams have the supplies, coordination, and structure needed to deliver care efficiently and effectively. Reporting to the Regional Director of Clinical Operations, this position offers the opportunity to support on-the-ground operations for an innovative care model serving vulnerable populations. It’s a great fit for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where organization and initiative make a daily impact.
Physical Demands: Mostly sedentary work duties require exerting up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or small amounts of force frequently. Sedentary work typically involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
