We are hiring an Operations Manager to lead on-ground implementation and rollout of technology-enabled solutions across customer sites. This role sits at the intersection of operations, technology, and customer delivery—ensuring smooth deployments, strong stakeholder alignment, and reliable execution in real-world environments.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how operations function on the ground and can thrive in fast-paced, high-growth settings such as manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce, or quick commerce.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Deployment & Execution Management

  • Lead end-to-end deployment of hardware and software solutions at customer warehouses and manufacturing facilities
  • Plan and execute multi-site rollouts, including frequent parallel go-lives
  • Coordinate on-site and remote implementation activities to ensure timely delivery

Stakeholder & Team Coordination

  • Act as the primary point of contact between customer operations teams, IT teams, and internal engineering teams
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear communication across all levels
  • Build strong working relationships with customer leadership and on-ground teams

Operational Problem Solving

  • Troubleshoot deployment and operational challenges under tight timelines
  • Identify practical, on-ground solutions to unblock implementation issues
  • Adapt plans quickly in response to real-time operational constraints

Requirements Gathering & Process Alignment

  • Gather operational requirements from customers and translate them into clear execution inputs
  • Ensure alignment between customer workflows and platform capabilities
  • Support continuous improvement based on deployment learnings

Training & Adoption

  • Train customer teams on platform usage and operational workflows
  • Drive adoption by ensuring teams are confident and self-sufficient post go-live

Project & Delivery Oversight

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
  • Track progress across multiple deployments and flag risks early
  • Ensure consistent quality and reliability across all implementations

Experience Required

  • 5–7 years of experience in operations, implementation, project management, or delivery roles

Strongly Preferred

  • Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, e-commerce, or quick commerce environments
  • Exposure to technology deployments in factories or warehouses
  • Experience working in fast-growing startups or high-velocity operational teams
  • Comfort working with ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong operational planning and execution skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional coordination abilities
  • High ownership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
  • Clear written and verbal communication
  • Willingness to work on-site at customer locations regularly
  • Hands-on approach with the ability to adapt quickly to change

Nice to Have

  • Project management certifications (PMP, Scrum, etc.)
  • Basic technical understanding of IoT or software platforms
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Zoho, ERPNext)
  • Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems
  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS or platform implementations
  • Experience training operational teams on new technology

Work Requirements

  • Full-time, in-office role based in Bangalore
  • Significant travel required (40–50%) to customer sites across India
