Operations Project Manager

We’re Trezor a leading company in crypto security, that has pioneered the hardware wallet industry. Basically, our products put people at ease knowing their digital assets are safe.

We’re looking for a proactive Operations Project Manager to lead cross-department projects from start to finish. You’ll be the central point of coordination - keeping projects on track, removing blockers, aligning stakeholders and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.

👉 What you'll do

• Plan, manage and deliver cross-functional projects end-to-end

• Coordinate stakeholders and communicate progress clearly

• Collect and analyze data to design practical solutions

• Define, document and optimize operational processes

• Identify risks and proactively manage mitigation plans

• Ensure proper documentation, reporting and quality standards

💪 About you

• Experience managing projects using Agile, Waterfall or similar methods

• Hands-on experience with PM tools (e.g. Jira, Asana, MS Project)

• Strong process design and documentation skills

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational abilities

• Ability to see the big picture and design for long term solutions
