About Skyscanner

Everyone loves travelling, but planning is not without its challenges ✈️. That's why we've spent 20 years building tools that turn travel-planning chaos into a breeze. Today, around 100 million travellers count on us every month to skip the whole “47 browser tabs open” phase and find flights, cars, and hotels quickly and easily 💻.

Joining Skyscanner means becoming part of a global brand that's striving to become the planet's go-to travel hack accessible for all 🌍.

Our vision? To be the world's number one travel ally. (Ambitious? 💪 Yes, but, hey, that's what got us here).

Now, we’re on the lookout for a Paid Marketing Specialist to help us bring that vision to even more travellers.

About the role
(Hybrid)

You’ll be part of a high-performing paid marketing crew, helping us connect with millions of travellers each month and grow our audience across more than 50 countries worldwide.

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone early in their paid marketing journey who’s keen to get hands-on, learn fast and make a real impact. You’ll help execute campaigns across multiple Skyscanner products while we continue to evolve our highly data-driven paid marketing strategy - the kind powered by curiosity, experimentation and smart decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

  • Powering our paid marketing engine: Supporting the execution of Skyscanner’s paid marketing strategy, helping grow year-on-year traffic while improving spend efficiency.
  • Running global campaigns: Launching, managing and optimising paid search campaigns across Google and Bing — all aligned to performance targets
  • Mastering bids: Managing bids using automated bid management solutions.
  • Testing like a pro: Setting up, running and analysing experiments, including creative and audience A/B tests.
  • Making performance visible: Owning performance reporting for campaigns and tests, turning results into clear, actionable insights.
  • Finding gold in the data: Leveraging internal data to spot trends, uncover opportunities and highlight where we can do better.
  • Helping us scale smarter: Supporting paid activity across multiple Skyscanner products as we grow volumes efficiently worldwide.

About you

  • Paid-marketing curious: You bring 1–2 years of paid marketing experience and a genuine interest in digital marketing. Experience with Paid Search would be beneficial.
  • Eager to learn: You’re enthusiastic, proactive and always looking to level up your knowledge and keep pace with industry developments.
  • Data-minded: You’re highly analytical, comfortable assessing performance and determining campaign success through data.
  • Excel-savvy: You’re confident using Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of the basics in Excel.
  • Clear communicator: You can explain ideas and results clearly — both in writing and in presenting to stakeholders.
  • Comfortable flying solo or together: You enjoy working as part of a team, but you’re equally happy owning your work independently.
  • Detail-driven and adaptable: You bring a can-do attitude, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have great attention to detail.
